Finding Nemo Jr., the Musical

Disney’s Finding Nemo JR. is a musical adaptation of the beloved 2003 Pixar movie Finding Nemo. This story for all ages features new music by award-winning songwriting team Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez (Frozen).

Marlin, an anxious and over-protective clownfish, lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin faces his fears and sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. With the help of lovable characters such as optimistic Dory, laid-back sea turtle Crush, and the supportive Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo both overcome challenges on their journey to find each other and themselves. Featuring memorable songs such as “Just Keep Swimming,” “Fish Are Friends Not Food,” and “Go with the Flow,” Finding Nemo JR. brings a vibrant underwater world to life on stage in a story full of family, friendship, and adventure.

Seeking fame and fortune, precocious teenager, Frank Abignale, Jr., runs away from home to begin an unforgettable adventure. With nothing more than his boyish charm, a big imagination and millions of dollars in forged checks, Frank successfully poses as a pilot, a doctor and a lawyer – living the high life and winning the girl of his dreams. When Frank’s lies catch the attention of FBI agent, Carl Hanratty, though, Carl pursues Frank across the country to make him pay for his crimes. Catch Me If You Can is a big and bright spectacle with high-energy dance numbers and a riveting story.

Red Phoenix is an educational theatre company that provides musical theatre experiences designed to hone the vocal, acting, and dance skills sets of students who have the desire, discipline, and passion for musical theatre.  

We strive to saturate our students in all aspects of the theatre, allowing them to gain experience with:  Blocking, Choreography, Character Analysis & Development, Stage Management, Costume Design & Production, and Set Design & Construction.

This open forum of learning helps students reach their maximum potential, as well as provides focus and direction for their careers.

Through these efforts, we hope to help develop individuals who retain excitement and love of theatre and who are serious about their future in the arts.
