Mt. Plattmore – Houseboat on Lanier

The Mt. Plattmore houseboat is on Beautiful Lake Lanier located in Northeast Georgia–45 minutes from the Atlanta Perimeter. The – “Plattship” – houseboat on Lake Lanier offers: -3 bedrooms with double beds
-1 & 1/2 baths–full bath has a full-sized shower
-queen size pull out sofa
The accommodations include:
-a top deck with a sun area and a covered area complete with a wet bar, beverage refrigerator TV, stereo system and waterslide off the back
-a main level inside with a full-sized kitchen, TV, living room, expandable kitchen table, Central Heat and A/C
-nearby attractions
“Plattship” is docked at a private, super-sized marina grade double slip dock at a family home located on the mid-south end of the Lake just south of Browns Bridge between Balus Creek and Flat Creek. The water is deep and fairly clear. There are cross-tie terrain steps down the bank to access the dock/lake.
The houseboat remains at dock at all times. However, 4+ hour guided tours and outings are available for groups up to 20–prices start at just $250 per hour. (4 Hour Minimum) Captain, first mate and fuel are included in the pricing.
