Historic Flowery Branch

Flowery Branch has small town appeal with many large town amenities. One of many interests is the historic buildings located in downtown Flowery Branch dating back to the late 1800’s. The Main Street strip has an old time feel and travelers can often be seen enjoying our city side as well as taking photographs of the quaint town to share with others. The have several specialty and antique shops as well.

Lake Lanier is another one of our attractions to which there are several accessible parks to enjoy swimming, boating, camping or just taking in the scenery. Sunrise to sunset Lake Lanier is absolutely beautiful year round.

Antebellum Restaurant is a fine dining establishment located in the Historic District of Flowery branch. Set in a quaint, 1890s style home, the restaurant is the perfect hub for this Southern theme. Complete with a charming wrap-around porch and candlelit by lanterns, the restaurant ambiance lends itself to an elegant dining experience. The cozy, off the beaten path location merits a drive. The restaurant serves a seasonal menu, complete with ingredients from local farms and traditional dishes with a twist. Come experience Antebellum, where flavorful dishes, exemplary service and southern hospitality are in abundance.

Flowery Branch also offers Liberty Candy Company 

In quaint Old Town Flowery Branch, Georgia, you’ll find Liberty Candy Company, located forty minutes north of Atlanta, alongside Lake Lanier. They offer a large variety of candies, including a special hand made chocolates and fresh fudge. Thet also have a large selection of current and nostalgic candies, as well as other delicious U.S. chocolatiers.

The Liberty Candy Company building was built in 1906, and has recently rediscovered the actual “1906” keystone above the porch roof.  They have tried to capture your walk down memory lane with fresh, delicious treats from your childhood.  Liberty Candy Company has a whimsical approach to the design of the store.  We hope you have a wonderful visit here.
