This two bedroom luxury accommodation cabin is nestled in a private wooded area on scenic Grove River Ranch, a 153 acre equestrian center and retreat in Banks County near Gainesville and Commerce (northeast Georgia mountain area) The outside of the cabin features three decks, hot tub, fishing pond, river shoals, bon fire area, access to trails. The inside is fully stocked with linens, cookware, small appliances, washer/dryer, central heat/air, gas fireplace, and satellite TV. Stabling and riding instruction available. THE RIVER CABIN
This private, scenic two bedroom, two bath cabin sits on a small bluff over the river. The noisy shoals can be seen and heard from the bedroom deck. The front deck features a screened porch with hot tub, rocking chairs, and a peaceful view of the stocked fishing pond. On the west side of the cabin is a grilling deck and stone fire ring for bon fires. Inside, the cabin has central heat and a/c, gas log fireplace, satellite TV with premium channels, DVD and VHS players, kitchen fully stocked with small appliances and cookware, washer-dryer, linens, and Wi-Fi on the premises. Four occupants maximum in the cabin, no pets, no smoking.
BUNK HOUSE LODGING
The 2-bedroom bunk house, which sits inside the stables, is very appealing and economical lodging. Each bedroom has four twin bunk beds. The kitchen is completely stocked with all cookware and utensils and numerous small appliances to prepare meals. The living room area has a TV with DVD and VHS players. The bunk house also features central heat and air conditioning, a large bathroom, with another full bath and laundry facilities in the stables.
The campground is open year round, has six water and electric hookups (30 amp, 110 volt, and two 50 amp sites), fire rings, and picnic tables. The paved pads range from 45′ to 60′ in length. Climate-controlled full bath and laundry facilities are located in the stables. A dump station is located behind the indoor arena. All campers with horses must have a signed waiver on file, proof of negative coggins on each horse, and agree to be familiar with and abide by all ranch rules and camping rules. There are small clearings behind each site for those who wish to camp with their horses using a high line or portable corrals. Horses are not allowed to be tied to the trailers in the campground at any time. Stalls and sheltered run pens are also available at the ranch.
