Menu includes: carving station with Roasted Prime Rib, Honey-Glazed Ham, Rack of Lamb and Apple Cider Brine Turkey Breast. Omelet Station where your favorite omelets are cooked to order. Breakfast Selections including crepes, potatoes, bacon, sausage, grits and Lake Lanier Islands Signature French Toast. Breads, pastries and muffins. A variety of salads. Hot entrees including salmon Florentine, seared grouper, grilled chicken, stuffed pork loin, vegetables and starches.
